This app makes dining out in Abu Dhabi just about affordable.

Don’t buy or pay anything for this app. It’s a big headache and no one to follow up if there’s an issue. The company has no customer service and no one is responding

Amazing food and service

I had Eftar at Seven Restaurant. They have a thief employee. He wants me to pay more than my bill and he actually printed the bill. Upon checking, it turns out that he canceled the bill because he was afraid that I would file a complaint against him. The employee’s name is Rajesh, and he does not respect customers.

Oh I’ve been on the app for at least 10 years in a row and counting. Two reasons for the 5 stars. It prompts for updates and gives me an option to do it later. This is golden standard in UX. WELL DONE DEV. AMAZING PROPLE 💐💪✨☀️🏆🥰. and all the other “ update now” apps should learn how its done 🎤! Second if you live in Dubai (or other cities the app covers) And go out. This is a great way to discover hidden gems. And not pay so much in case you didn’t like it. Definitely worth the upgrades and packages, save more and discover more enjoy. In almost all cases it’s a real deal. Highly recommended.

Friday brunch at Vine Restaurant is really amazing. The experience with the rest of the team was super great. I would say Thankyou so much…special mention to Ms. Alma with their tremendous service. Enjoyed it much!!! You guys must come and experience the nice food and the view. ❤️❤️❤️

For past 2/3 month anytime i go to any mall the app stop working tried multiple time in different location. Thoughout the year i have not been able to redeem any offers. Extremely disappointed and will not continue next year.

I bought a more expensive subscription, didn’t get to use it , they fail to update the list of venues that offer discounts. When I went to Tim Hortons in Dubai mall they told me they don’t have the deals that entertainer offered. Customer support was useless too. Stay away from the app. It’s too expensive and you won’t get your moneys worth. A waste of money!!!!

A lot of places in these offers are CLOSED! The is not single hotel offer in Riyadh!! It was great when it was about “buy 1 get 1”, but now many offers require you to pay a “certain amount of money” to be eligible to use the offer which discounts 25%! Such a bad product, no where near as good as it used to be or as good as Dubai’s offers. + there are ZERO offers for Riyadh hotels, … 0!

It is generally good app in UAE for example, but in Saudi Arabia the options are very limited and not with good restaurants. They need to partner with more outlets and restaurants to make it more attractive.

Restaurant are good cooperative But there are very few restaurants, need to add more food companies

When you want to use buy1-get1 it tells you only delivery and when you try delivery it tells you the restaurant does not deliver to your location. My home is 200 m from the restaurant.

We’ve been buying this coupon scheme (back when it was a book) for nearly a decade. The app used to be ok-ish, but now it’s so clunky. It can’t figure out my location (despite having the location permission on), and the filters it uses to find options is just ridiculous. Even when I hit the “near me” option, the results are for more than 100 kms away. Why?? Apps should be better than this! Also— it used to be easy to share the app with friends, but it seems corporate greed has bitten hard and they’ve made it nearly impossible. You can only ping one coupon at a time and if you want to send 2, you have to send it to a different email address. So disappointed. I think this will be my last year buying Entertainer.

i purchased a chicken royal sandwich, i got one extra sandwich only. they said i have to add extra drink and fried, i was charged 41 dhs while the original price for single meal is 27 dhs, it was NOT a safe!!

They always find a way to make money off of you while offering less. They split the restaurants to gourmet and classic so you won’t be able to go to all the ones you went in 2021 with only 1 subscription, not to mention they have increased the price! When brought to attention to customer service, Andy was being the most unhelpful customer service. Took him 10 minutes to say that he cannot help. LOL it’s a joke. Money wasted but never again. So many people I referred to in 2021 but I will be sure to spread the word in 2022 about their “updates”!!
